Can I change or cancel my order?
We have a streamlined order fulfillment process so that we can get your order out to you as fast as possible. While it works great to get packages out the door quickly, it can be difficult to interrupt or change an order after it has been placed.
If you have placed and order and need to make a change or cancellation please email support within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time-frame we cannot guarantee an order will be able to amended. If an order does ship and you ordered something that you did not want, please contact our return department and setup an exchange or refund.
